Louise founded My3ltd in 2016 with Julie Collins, with the aspiration of creating a bespoke model that provided specialist care for Children and Young People with ASD and associated needs. Louise has over 30 years experience within the sector with in-depth knowledge of social care. For the past 10 years Louise has led companies to provide nurtuting environments and effective care.

Julie jointly founded My3ltd with Louise in 2016. Julie has a strong nursing background in the Health and Social Care sector. Julie has specialised in providing care for Children and Young People with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and associated challenges such as Sexual Exploitation for over 10 years. Julie plays a key role at My3 screening and managing the Referral process.

Julie jointly founded My3ltd with Louise in 2016. Julie has a strong nursing background in the Health and Social Care sector. Julie has specialised in providing care for Children and Young People with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and associated challenges such as Sexual Exploitation for over 10 years. Julie plays a key role at My3 screening and managing the Referral process.

Foremost I am a passionate advocate for offering children and young people a safe, nurturing environment to grow. I have over 10 years’ experience in healthcare, including 5 years’ experience of working within mental health services, such as Children and Adolescents Mental Health Services. I am a CBT Psychotherapist, with a Post-graduate diploma in CBT Psychotherapy, a master’s degree in common mental health therapies, and a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Psychology.

The role of therapeutic services is to support each home to deliver therapeutically led care, care which is person centred, and underpinned by psychological theory and evidence-based practice. My role is to support at point of referral, engaging in assessment and formulation. Identifying appropriate support interventions, staff training needs, and care planning. As well as engaging each home in consistent regular reflective practice, for continuous learning and adaptation to support the ongoing physical, social, emotional and mental well being of each child or young person.

Liana has recently been appointed as the CQC and supported accommodation manager from having over 12 years’ experience working with children within the early year’s foundation stage and over three years’ experience working alongside young people in supported accommodation.

As CQC and supported accommodation manager my aim is to create a culture of support, care and independence in a person-centred approach across all services.

My qualifications include Level 3 in Health and Social Care, Level 5 in Leadership and Management and a diploma foundation degree in arts in childhood studies education and is a qualified CPI (MAPA) Level 5 Instructor, specialising in de-escalation and trauma informed care. I am also a PBS coach.  

Shelly has been appointed as Operations manager for all MY3 Ofsted Registered Homes  and CQC services. Having over 25 years’ experience working with children and young people, this has included Senior Leadership and Managerial roles for over 15 years, 5 of which have been within My3.  During Shelly’s career there have been many opportunities to gain a vast amount of knowledge in working with children, young people and staff teams, specialising in Autism and SEMH. With a proven track record of good Ofsted ratings.                

As Operations Manager, Shelly aims to create a culture of support, enthusiasm, and camaraderie across all services to ensure My3 have the right ingredients for success for our children, young people and staff teams.

Shelly is currently undertaking a Level 5 in PBS and Practice Leadership to further enhance the training and delivery across My3 services. Within this new role Shelly is looking forward to using these skills, qualifications and experience to further build on what are already fantastic foundations at My3 Limited .
